Randy White, CEO of the White Hutchinson Leisure & Learning Group, is considered one of the world's foremost authorities on feasibility, brand development and design/production of family and children's entertainment, edutainment, eatertainment and leisure venues. Over the past 18 years his company has worked for over 250 clients in North and Latin America, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Its projects have won many first place awards. Randy was featured on the Food Network’s Unwrapped television show as an eatertainment expert, quoted as a children’s entertainment/edutainment center expert in the Wall Street Journal and received recognition for family-friendly designs by Pizza Today magazine. Frank Seninsky,
an amusement industry icon known affectionately as "Frank the Crank",
has served in every industry capacity over the past 33 years. He currently
serves as a fifth term Director on the IALEI Board of Directors and on
the Executive Committee (as a Past President-2000) of the Amusement and
Music Operators Association (AMOA). He has written almost 800 articles,
presented well over 100 seminars, and provides diverse consulting services.
Current clients include Splash Lagoon, Erie PA the largest indoor waterpark
in the US, along with another indoor waterpark in Frankenmuth, MI where
game revenues have grown by over 300%. Frank is President/CEO of Alpha-Omega
Amusements and Managing Partner of Amusement Entertainment Management.

Jerry Merola, as a Managing Partner of Amusement Entertainment Management, LCC and CFO of Alpha-Omega Amusements, Jerry has focused much of his efforts on analyzing and enhancing the performance of developers, manufacturers, and facility owners worldwide. Jerry is Chair of the IALEI Finance Council. Alan D. Fluke, President of AEA, is unique to other business advisors in the industry, he has 34-years of hands on experience and is a seasoned veteran of the Family Entertainment Center Industry offering a solid background in operations, management, human resource planning, design and renovations, while providing marketing and advertising strategies to create success for new centers and taking existing centers to the next level through to both stabilizing and standardizing these centers. Peter Olesen, a licensed
professional engineer in eight states, is president of Peter F. Olesen
and Associates, Inc., a consulting engineering firm offering a wide
range of study and design services to the family entertainment industry.
The firm has been actively involved in the design of successful FEC's
since its formation in 1984. Peter has more than 28 years of experience
in the study and design of family entertainment facilities spanning
small stand-alone FEC's through major theme parks. He has directed
the development of more that 150 FEC oriented projects, including
stand alone indoor and outdoor go-karts tracks, miniature golf courses
and golf driving ranges and complete FEC's. These projects span 36
