Registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail within three working days. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, that may mean we did receive your registration, so either call +816.931-1040, ext 101, or e-mail <info@foundationsuniversity.com> to make sure it was received.

• Registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. 
• A limited block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village at the special workshop rate of $124 per night single or double occupancy plus taxes on a first come basis and includes their hot breakfast and free high-speed internet service. This room rate is guaranteed through 7/12/08.  To book your room, call the Holiday Inn direct at 847.437-6010 and ask for the room rate for "Foundations" arriving 7/14/08.  The first night's deposit is required.
• Registration fees are subject to a $50 processing fee if cancelled on or prior to 6/30/08.  After 6/30/08, only the amount of the registration fee exceeding $300 per person will be refunded. 
• Registration is limited to a total of 40 people on a first-come basis to assure the intimacy of the workshop and opportunities to network with the instructors. Our Chicago Foundations Entertainment University is usually a sell-out, so register early.
• Attendance is limited to existing and prospective location-based leisure facility owners and management and our sponsors. Solicitation or marketing of services or products by attendees is strictly prohibited.
• Free shuttle service is available from the Chicago O’Hare airport (ORD) to the hotel by calling the hotel when you arrive (847.437-6010). Note: Free hotel shuttle service is not available from Midway Airport (MDW) that Southwest Airlines flies to, which is a 30-minute to one-hour drive from the hotel depending on traffic.  There is an airport shuttle available between Midway Airport and O’Hare Airport every hour for $16 one-way.  United and American airlines, which fly into Chicago O’Hare Airport, usually have fares that match Southwest’s.
• Foundations will begin at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, July 15th and end at 2:30 PM on Thursday, July 17h.  Dress is casual.

Foundations reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to circumstances beyond its control including Acts of God, war, governmental restrictions, adverse weather, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of air travel.
